Shipping & Delivery

Due to the large volume of orders, additional processing time may occur on standard ground orders.

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force for which we will not be responsible.

Please note that any color besides natural brown 1b will take an additional 4 days to ship.

Free shipping does not include signature.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. 

Once your order has been placed and is being processed, you should decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

By completing your order at check out, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale.
